I found https://github.com/discourse/discourse-chart, but I can’t install this plugin.

It doesn’t look to be officially released.

Is there a #plugin topic for it?

I have this plugin installed and it works. Is this going to be officially released soon?

No plans to release it in the next 2-3 months, lots of other work in front of it.
