After installing the discourse-chat-integration plugin I now don’t see it in the Plugin section and in fact at times all the plugins are missing while at others I see it but clearly not working well (screenshots attached).
I’m hosting on AWS with Bitnami

You are running an very very very old version that is not supported. I would suggest you upgrade to the stable version 2.8.1 or tests-passed version 2.9.0.beta2
will try to update, though that version is from Dec 21 no? so not that old
