Why isn't my forum showing up in Discourse Discover?

I remember hearing somewhere that only active ones are featured. However, I was wondering when I looked at Discover, as I noticed that some forums featured there were less active than mine. What are the criteria? I’d appreciate it if you could let me know.

I’m not sure there is any explicit criteria. As long as appear in discourse discover is turned on and you have enough posts it should appear (at staff discretion) regardless of your user count
