Can you share your app.yml
file please, removing/masking any passwords?
Or share what you typed in. Don’t include the password and user name, but note if they have special characters.

Please note I’ve changed the url to (.c) when they are really (.co) because Discourse won’t let a new user to post more than two links on this forum.
