Edit history allows users to try to go to the revision before 1

Just noticed this on the forum I help run, Discourse no longer disables the button to go back 1 revision, even if you’re at the first revision.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click the edit history on this post
  2. Go back one to a non-existent edit
