Has anyone noticed a strange behaviour in iOS mail? Discourse messages sent with an attachment strip out any text sent with them, so that they only contain the attachment. It doesn’t happen with other mail clients. It only seems to be if an attachment is uploaded and Discourse is set to include them as an email attachment. I’m on Discourse 2.4.1 and iOS 13.3.1. Weird?
What do you mean by this?
I mean this setting. I have Discourse set to include email attachments.
When this us set - iOS mail includes the attachment, but then doesn’t display the rest of the message - any text added to the body of the message along with the attachment. Other mail clients including iOS outlook do display the text - so it is being sent, just not displayed by iOS email. Weird.
I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this.
