Discourse not available

Hello, for the last few days it happened to me that I have been facing an issue with Discourse that was not accessible for some time. After some time I could reaccess it. This happened now for the second time.

I was getting the following message in the browser.

Does anyone have an idea what can be the reason for this?

That’s not much to go on.

You can look in /var/discourse/shared/log/rails-log/production.log.

You can try safe mode.

You can share your site URL.

That’s not a regular error. You’re probably using Passenger and not Unicorn. Can you please tell us more about your setup?
