Is it possible to update existing posts to be in ‘post voting mode’?

There is a Feature request for that: Add the option to change a topic to Post Voting format by admin/staff

Which vote count? There is a request to Show OP votes in topic list. Also, the topic-voting plugin supports showing votes on the topic list.
