Can anyone tell us where are those folders or files located??
I mean what’s the command SSH console to use to get inside them 
I don’t know what those are, even after searching.
What is tlp and what problem are you trying to solve with it?

Sorry for the misleading … I thought these were directories inside discourse db and was wondering if I could reach to them to add or replace some codes but apparently nothing out there when clarified that to me
