Now supports Tag Groups (when tags listed by group is set)
This works by iterating through the Tag Groups and adding any tags within them to the list, that’s it.

@merefield to clarify, is there no mechanism here for either:
- Selecting only certain Tag Categories for inclusion in the Tag Cloud
or;
- Excluding certain words or Tag Categories?
(Both of these seem to be in the Word Cloud Plugin).

In any case there is currently no filtering mechansim.
