Splitting up theme Javascript into multiple files

Complex theme javascript can now be split into multiple files, to keep things nicely organised. https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/7500eed4c0d759f26df72f6cb1b4692f12700d93 To use the new functionality, simply add files to the /javascripts folder in your theme directory.
