Hello 
This theme component adds a Sign Up button to the header with a custom URL and you can enable this URL to use on CTA banner Sign Up button too, when DiscourseConnect is enabled on your site.
With this, you can easily redirect users directly to the parent site’s (or other external provider’s) registration page.
