I wonder if anyone can tell me how I create my subcategories to display like this as boxes, as they do on the discourse documentation category.

I found this link on my search Custom Category Boxes but not sure if it achieves this or if this layout is done through the settings of the categories? I’m still on my discourse training wheels!
I have seen other posts suggesting to change the setting - desktop category page style - I changed it to Boxes with Subcategories but it did not seem to change anything, though that might be because I’m logged in as the admin. Also I think this changes everything to boxes.
Any ideas?
