'email editable' setting not found

I would like to skip the create account popup and I want to keep the same email used when logged in with sso. Therefore I would like to disable the setting email editable. But I am getting this error. Which I don’t find in the settings list.

auth_overrides_email: You must disable 'email editable' before enabling this setting.

You should be able to find it in the Users section, or by filtering with the search field:
