I am unable to sort the email notifications in spite of having tried out everything, it used work and has stopped.
I’ve checked that the “Email Deliverability Test” is passing sending the emails but in spite of having the following setting on the server
and on the user end to receive email notifications,
Restarted server, moved from AWS SES to Mailjet and don’t everything but still
No emails are being sent I suppose, can you kindly let me know how to go about troubleshooting this, the log files I can check and etc.
