The other moderators in my instance aren’t getting emails when I make @mentions to them in a post. Is there such a default option?
For example, I created a topic, posted a couple messages but I didn’t do any @mention. The moderators are supposed to keep track of anything new in the forum. This time they didn’t. I thought that by making an @mention they would get an email, but they didn’t. How can I arrange for this to happen?
Remember you only get emailed about notifications if your browser has not currently pinged the website in the last 10 minutes. Otherwise you would get notified twice for the exact same thing: once in browser, and again in email.
È possibile che l’app del telefono (quella che mi viene proposta di installare se visito il sito dal mio telefono) impedisca l’invio delle email per lo stesso motivo? Uso un telefono Android.
