Email sending error when connecting to a separate database

I’m having a problem connecting discourse to the separate database, it can’t send the email to log in as an admin, does anyone know how to solve i

It may have been overlooked, but did you refresh the inbox a few times? Or check under Spam/Junk. Or, under Social/Updates etc categories (especially in Gmail)?

It’s not in gmail but in outlook

Try checking in the ‘Other’ tab?
If you still cannot find it, it may be some issue with the setting up of the email with your settings.
