Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory on upgrading

I just started an upgrade for the latest version of Discourse, hosted at Linode.
The Docker upgrade went OK
But on upgrading Discourse I got

If I try to go to discourse.softwarebydesign.com.au I get a 500 error
What should I do?
