Sorry, there was an error upgrading Discourse. But then Discourse shows the module is up to date

For the docker_manager and discourse-solved modules I clicked the upgrade link in Discourse and after some time received the Sorry message.

However the modules now show as up to date in my Discourse.
Do I believe that or should I be running something in Linux? ( is so, what?)

I ran the last update and got ouput

I will check this Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory on upgrading
