Error logs not showing up

Error logs page is blank, so I rebuilt the container thinking it was connected to the previous issue that made the whole site a blank white page, now 30 minutes later after the rebuild was complete the error logs page is still blank.

Using the docker install, 4GB ram, small forum, no plugins or CSS changes, version 1.2.0.beta8, etc.

Any recommendations?

What is in the actual text logs on the server?

Resolved, was an issue with the CDN.
