Error popup when suggesting tags in topic already having tags

One thing I noticed is that if you select a tag after that, but exit, the tag shows (but disappears on reload). Other odd behaviour I’ve experienced is the ability to add a tag twice (the second occurence disappears on reload). Does this qualify for Bug?

Perhaps, but since it doesn’t break or prevent anything and the 2nd tag disappears, I think this applies:

Doesn’t seem to prevent anything so I don’t classify as Bug
