Events: If subcategories hidden, so is the events calendar

If you

  1. have an events_calendar_categories set
  2. in that category’s settings set Default List Filter to be no subcategories

then the events calendar is not displayed.

I discovered this when making a subcategory to house expired events (as an alternative to deleting them).
