Every post from everyone, including admin and moderators, goes to review queue. This started some days ago. All relevant settings are as should (TL0 is approved) and no category is wanting approval.
I have strange feeling that is somehow connected to groups or trustlevel names/translations — but my feelings can’t be trusted.
safe-mode didn’t help. Logs are clean. Two container setup, and upgraded few times in three days time.
Ideas what should I check next?
What I find most unusual is that it also affects administrators. When I wrote Configuring automatic post review triggers, they were always excluded.
I didn’t notice something like that, and the group names in my forum are German. Is there anything special about the Finnish names of “admins” and “moderators”? Any special characters?
I assume you would have mentioned it, but is there a reason shown in the review queue?
I don’t think safe mode is much help as it’s not your browser that adds the post for review and safe mode doesn’t disable backend code.
I think Geoblocking had recent changes that might fit to when this issue occured for you.
I was able to confirm that on a test install. As soon as I enabled the plugin all posts where queued for review.
Disabling the plugin prevents the bug from happening.

Just ”Needs approval”. So AFAIK it acts like I had forced approval for all post, what I don`t have.
You are absoluteLy right. Disabling fixed things. And yes, this started about at same time when geoblocking started to act funny.
I have reverted the most recent PR to the geo-blocking plugin and I will reconsider it in a few weeks when I have time. Sorry all for the inconvenience.
