Reasons in the review queue that can be improved

Continuing the discussion from Approve unless allowed groups setting:

I’ll summarize the points that caught my attention while writing https://meta.discourse.org/t/configuring-automatic-post-review-triggers/328584:

  • Review every post doesn’t show any reason in the review queue. So this one is definitely the most difficult to track down.
  • Approve new topic unless allowed groups “new_topics_unless_allowed_groups” is quite short compared to other reasons.
  • Approve unless allowed groups says “replies” in the reason, even though all posts are affected. This can be confusing, especially on first posts, since the category setting actually only affects replies.
  • Category: Require moderator approval of all new replies/topics could be improved to indicate whether the topic or the reply setting was relevant.

Thanks for this, @Moin.

We’re looking into review queue improvements at the moment, and these ideas are all super helpful.

We really want to make the reasons for a flag more clear and the actions a moderator can take more standardised, so your thoughts here tie into that well.
