After messing with a hacked together Ubuntu install of Discourse for development for many years, I finally replaced my PC recently with an up-to-date monster, and thought it would be great to try out the Discourse Docker Dev solution over my 12 new cores (on Windows) .
It runs fantastically, my workflow is now so much faster! Game changer!
Credit to the whole stack for making this possible (WSL2 & Docker = wow!), but of course, praise here for this fantastic setup:
