Forcing Edit Reason?

Hello,
is there any way to force edit reasons to certain groups or user levels? I just think this would make things a little nicer know why certain people changed what etc.

I kind of like this as an optional feature for admins. I just checked and it looks like it’s easily accomplished with a theme component. I feel like it will also serve as a good example component for people who want to learn how to develop theme components. I’ll post it once I’ve cleaned it up a bit!

Require Edit Reason

The purpose of this component is to encourage users to add edit reasons when they edit a post. Edit reasons are displayed at the top of a post’s edit history modal and are a great way to understand why something within a post was changed.
