Digital Oceanでホストされているサーバーをナビゲートしたところ、sshセッションを終了すると、フォーラムがローディング画面でスタックしてしまいました。

再構築に失敗した場合は、おそらく

./launcher start app

で以前の状態を再開できると思います。試す価値はあるかもしれませんが、あなたのケースには当てはまらないかもしれません。
