I went to navigate through the server hosted on Digital Ocean, and when I exited the ssh session the forum now is stuck in a loading screen:

./launcher rebuild app
Any other troubleshooting steps?
When you do the launcher rebuild, you’ll get a log (a transcript) - paste that here, and someone will probably be able to see what’s wrong.

Alternatively, there was a working/stable version of the website a few days ago. Is there any way to navigate back through version control in git to a previous build?
You may want to upload one without any of your sensitive details in, like passwords, etc.

The very bottom section, where it lists the details of your site.
Though it looks like the rebuild was successful though, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
In the case of a failed rebuild, you can I think
./launcher start app
to restart the previous state of play. Might be worth a try but I think it might not apply in your case.
@JammyDodger Is it reasonable to expect the website to relaunch within ~30 minutes of rebuilding? Still not seeing anything unfortunately 
Going to modify the app.yml to remove all plugins and try again.
Is it possible that a Letsencrypt cert renewal is waiting? Perhaps try
