Forum Moderator cannot move a set of replies to a new topic if it violates the maximum number of topics a new user may create rule (presumably for the original author, since the moderator is not new). Example error:
I wasn’t the moderator who attempted this, so hopefully this is enough info to determine the bug and the fix as I don’t have any further info about it.
