HELP! My Discourse just deleted everything?

I’ve updated discourse via the admin panel but I saw a blank page after upgrading. I enter here and saw someone saying that I could Rebuild it to fix the issue. But after the rebuild I just saw a “Welcome to discourse” message as it was my first time using it.

How can I get all my infos back?

I’m using discourse droplet in digital ocean!

Are there any files in /var/discourse/shared/standalone/backups/default/?

Yes! There are 5 .tar.gz files
