This has been raised before but still, there’s no concrete solution.
There has been a very critical issue that makes my app user churn a lot for the past month.
When they sign up for an account/sign in to their old account on our forum, they receive this error: New registrations are not allowed from your IP address (maximum limit reached)
Even me, when I sign out and sign in again, I couldn’t log in myself. I had to reset my password in order to be able to enter the forum.
I have followed some people’s instructions here, but no luck. Could you help me with this?
