What is the problem, exactly? They aren’t displaying here because webp isn’t an accepted image format (it’s in a setting, so you can change that on your site).

I see. I’m not aware of anything that does exactly that. If you want exactly that, you’ll need to start at Theme Developer Tutorial: 1. Introduction or Marketplace .

I got curious and I played a bit with Swiper library. It might be possible to do something. Of course, it requires some CSS adjustments here and there, as well as other considerations, but it should be possible to reproduce the same feature. Here is a demo:

Sliding this across to Dev because it appears to be an open-ended conversation about customizing the theme gallery. @Miro1 if you are not a developer then you will want to post to Marketplace to offer to pay someone to build what you need. It is not going to be possible with core Discourse.
