Hide first topic/reply composer pop up

A pop up appears for users creating their first topic or writing their first two replies. Is there a way to hide the composer pop up entirely?

You can change the site setting educate until posts to 0, that will disable the pop up.

Alternately, you can edit the contents of the pop up from /admin/customize/site_texts
