I was mooching around the database and came across this field. It appears to the the ‘highest post’ from a staff member on a thread, but I’m scratching my head as to what possible use there could be for this information? Can somebody please clue me in?
It’s used to make sure that a whisper does not bump the topic or mark the topic as having unread posts for regular users.
