Hold function in moderation/review queue

Would it be possible to have a hold function in the moderation/review posts queue?

At times it would be useful to have such a feature to enable moderators to hold a post while they work on an issue with the post, so that other moderators don’t approve/reject it while it is being worked on.

This is already possible. :partying_face:

If you look for reviewable claiming in your admin settings it will allow you to enable it as either optional or required. :+1:
