Horizon interaction with Brand Header

When the theme component below is enabled and you quickly scroll down, the topic header gets decoupled for a brief moment.

Can you check which outlet you are using, as per:

Brand Header: Compatible except when Plugin outlet is set to below-site-header.

Also, as an admin I can select multiple threads to do e.g. a bulk action, such as unlisting items. But when I’ve selected a few threads, the bulk action menu does not show up. Using the Desktop mode.

Can you try in safe mode and report back?
