The hidden one is Wizards - @angus might it be an issue introduced by the plugin?
Also, might be related: Plugin admin button broken styling
Thanks for reporting, I will update that nav so it better accommodates additions on Desktop.

I just pushed a fix that will allow long lists of admin tabs to wrap, rather than being hidden
