You tell us nothing about “my hosting”, so we really can’t say. If you have fairly typical web hosting, of the sort offered by Wix or Squarespace, you will be unable to host Discourse there. Rather, you’ll need either a dedicated server (rare) or a VPS (much more common). You’ll then be able to install Discourse following the instructions above.

It will be much easier to install Discourse in its own subdomain on a separate server. If you are am advanced system administrator then you might see How to set up Discourse on a server with existing Apache sites or Running other websites on the same machine as Discourse.
