I got flagged 5 times by 5 different user
Can i get tl 3 if so ?

This feels like a question with several aspects best addressed to your site administrator.

Flags that are “disagreed” with by the moderators do not count against progression. Also, I can’t remember whether or not flags time out after 100 days or not.
