How to add group owners to automated moderators group

So I searched and found this:

however I believe since the /g/moderators group is automatic I can’t make someone owner. Or did I miss something? Should I just make a new group and put the moderators there?

Hello @incapaz,

That’s right. :+1: This is expected behaviour. You can’t add a group owner to this group.

If you want owners on the moderators group make a new group as you have said.
