How to approve post marked for review

Newbie question. I have a notification of a post for review. But I don’t see how to approve it. How does one approve or reject such posts?

When a post comes into the review queue you will be presented with these options:

If you can’t deal with the post maybe you haven’t assigned it to yourself? It might not have anything to do with it check this setting
