How to configure c panel email server to work with incoming emails

My email server are hosted on C panel. Now I want to setup my discource to fetch email from c panel mail accounts, so users can replay using email option.

Since I am unable to route all unknown emails to discouce inbox account, i can setup only mail filter

On mail filter I can create rule which can filter by To or Subject criteria to contain

How I set discurce settings to match one of above rules. and whic one rules i need to setup on my Cpanel ?

Shud I filter incoming mails by subject or by to ?

Did you configure your discourse according to the official install instructions? That calls for setting up pop3 polling.

Yes I did, thanks for trying to help.
I do not know which settings i did changed, but looks like my Discourse instance sending mails where is replays e mail address are always same.
Fo far all emails I did get from my discource always using same replay e mail address.
So I do not have to configure anything special at my mail server (C panel).
I just open one email account and connect over POP3 to discource and it is working, no need to filter incoming emails.
On my old setup I did rute all “non matching” emails to same inbox, but my is discource did not changed setup since 2014 . Maybe Discourse has changed over the years, really do not know.

Is it possible your provider is interfering in some way? Does the POP3 email account you created for receiving email still work? Does it work if you log into it using a POP3 client? If it’s gmail, you have to explicitly allow POP3.

I don’t know how Discourse might be the source of your problem, especially if it has been working in the past.

If all else fails, you could try taking a backup and restoring it to a new VPN that does not rely on cpanel. Using cpanel is not officially supported by us. In any case, moving to a fresh VPN is always a good idea, especially if you haven’t done it since 2014.

My Discourse working properly We are able to response over email it fetch emails and import it into account ,sorry for misunderstandings (perhaps, my bad English and my Monday ).

Let me try to clear things up:
Eg. notification I am getting from this thread in e mail require me to respond to email
incoming+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@meta.discoursemail.com
Wile notification I am getting from my forum required me to replay always to same email which are fetched by my Discource instance.

If my instance where configured to send emails same as official discource does, I will need to make filter on email server to forward these emails to single mailbox from where discouce will fetch it, and that is my problem since reply email address are always different.

But somehow I configure my discource instance to always requires replays to same email address and it is working

Does your email server support plus-addressing? If it does, you can use that method to have all emails go to a single mailbox.

Alternately, can you configure all emails for a domain to go to a single mailbox?
