How to display the new user email in the email template %{base_url}/admin/customize/email_templates/system_messages.pending_users_reminder ?

Moreover can we get a one click button in the email to directly approve/reject a new user?
If there is more than one user to approve, then provide the list of urls in the following format : in the case of 12 users to be approved, using their sequential number :
