You can customise it in any way you like with CSS: Make CSS changes on Your Site, or use an official theme component like Trendy Login. You will need CSS skills.

I am using the Central theme, how can I access the CSS settings in a friendly way(in the Admin UI like the default theme) without having to use some Edge CSS which is not consistent for people with adblockers and bad long-term

I gave you instructions in my earlier post for editing CSS. As shannon mentions, those are SSO modals but you could still achieve similar styling if you’re not using SSO.
