I love the trust system, it was one of the reason I chose Discourse, but it way too strict for a forum just starting out, with under 30 members to join. Is there a way to tweak the qualifications?
I would like to limit it to just replying to so many posts, before a user is able to create their own topic.

if you go to your-site-name/admin/site_settings/category/trust you can change the settings. You must be logged in as an admin to do this.
