How to prevent this education message

in a topic, when someone replied another person 3 times,
it will shows this education message in the reply

You’ve replied to @%{reply_username} %{count} times, did you know you could send them a personal message instead?

it seems this is from the chat component ?
like to disable this message, looked through the system settings, and under chat tab.
not found one related…

You can adjust the threshold with the get_a_room_threshold setting:
