There is no built-in way to send custom emails to a lot of users.
You could increase the suppress digest email after days setting value. The default value is 180 days, meaning that no digest will be sent to users who havenāt been on the forum for at least 180 days.
Note that if a user didnāt visit the forum for a long time, receiving such emails might be perceived as negative and may irritate them more than incite them to go back to the forum.
You can use Data Explorer to extract folkās email addresses and then use some other means to contact them.
This works especially well if you send true personal emails, and if the disengagement time isnāt too long.
Automating this is pretty obvious and tends to be received poorly!
