How to set a topic for all users on the homepage (recent) ?

I’m an administrator and I couldn’t find how to make this configuration

I’m not sure that I understand your question. Do you want to pin a post on the latest listing?

Thanks for the help, I’ve done this procedure and it didn’t work. I would like to fix for all users on the home page (recent topics)

Hi,

You must select ‘Pin Topic Globally’ for it to appear like the ‘Welcome to meta.discourse.org’ topic.
