I somehow managed to turn on a “latest topics” / “view latest topics” section on my site’s homepage, and I can’t find where to turn it off.
Could I ask for some advice?

To me, it looks like the heading that should be hidden except for screen readers, which was added in

It doesn’t seem to have helped. I have it set up like this here…
The problem doesn’t appear in safe mode.

Did you add any customizations recently?
As a first step, you can check if the cause is a plugin or theme (component) by disabling only one of them. And then disable them one by one.
