I cant upload my file

when user upload the file to discourse,it will be error .

what should I do in the servers?I have rebuild the discourse, but this problem is not solved.

I’ve started running out of space in my Digital Ocean Droplet so I wanted to move the uploaded files over to a Digital Ocean Space.
