IE11 still unusable with latest of Discourse

Couple of recent issues I’ve found on Try and on Sitepoint.

  1. Try logging in/signing up with Github (it locks up)
  2. Try mentioning someone (it locks up)

Warning: we’ll be deprecating IE11 altogether by June 2020. So there are only about 8 months of IE11 support left.
